Created with soft, breathable fabric the TriDri® 3-layer high performance fitness mask is comfortable, washable and reusable. Intended for daily wear as well as for use during sports and fitness activities. With a fully adjustable nose bridge the mask fits perfectly around the face, adjustable ear loops help ensure a snug fit and the structured shape of the mask sits off the face for added breathability. Featuring a water-repellent finish to the outside of the mask, the mid-layer offers a breathable foam for added protection, whilst the inner layer is treated with HeiQ Viroblock which actively protects the mask against microbes and germs. The face mask is non-PPE/non-medical use and is aimed to help reduce the spread of airborne germs, a washable carry pouch is included to reduce further infection risk when storing the mask.

How can I view my past orders? When you order for the first time, you'll have the option to create an account. Log in using our details to view all previous orders.
I have a question about my order, how can I contact you? Customers are welcome to contact us by phone, email, or using the contact form below. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible. If your enquiry is about an existing order, please provide an order reference number, so that we can assist you more efficiently.
When do you release new products? We are always looking to update our line-up. We do not have a specific release schedule, but we will update customers when new items are available.
How do I wash items? Full washing instructions will be provided with each item. This will typically be displayed on the label.
How long does an order take to complete? While we are in the early stages as a business, we are aiming to get orders processed and shipped within 5 working days of the order being placed, however we ask to allow up to 2 weeks processing time. As we do not have a storage facility or warehouse, we are placing orders with the suppliers when an item is ordered. This takes 1 - 2 days to arrive from the supplier, and then the design is measured to fit the space on the garment (along with any names), cut out and applied onto the garment. There is currently only one person running the site and fulfilling orders, so some orders may take longer due to work load at that time (once the business grows more, more people will be employed to speed this up). As we currently don't hold any stock, it can be difficult to keep track of our suppliers stock levels, so sometimes an item may be on back order. If this applies to any items you have ordered you will be contacted and given a few options including refunding the item, swapping the item or shipping separately at no extra cost.
